Ya fuera de la fábrica, las chicas me dijeron que querían ir de compras, así que aproveche para ir a visitar la ciudad. La ciudad no es muy grande, y los edificios históricos son muy pocos, solamente él antiguo edificio de la universidad y una iglesia, la visité en menos de un día. A mí no me gustó la ciudad, pero si los parques que hay fuera del centro, porque el centro está rodeado de parques, literalmente. Después de dos días, puedo decir que lo mejor de “Adelaida” fue la compañía de la mañana.
Por la noche, había quedado a cenar con “Femke”, por fin solos, ya que era su última noche, nos fuimos a cenar a un italiano y hablamos durante 3 horas sobre todo un poco, yo le dije que mis planes no eran volver a Europa, pero que me gustaba mucho y que, si venía a “Perth” antes de volver a Holanda, la recibiría como a una princesa. Finalmente la dejé en su hostal, porque ella viajaba a las 6:30, y llamé a mis amigos para salir a tomar algo. Los cabrones de ellos no quisieron salir, y, el único que hubiese querido, tenía el móvil apagado, así que me fui a mi hostal a dormir.
El último día en la ciudad, lo gasté en recorrer varios parques. En uno de ellos vi un estadio de entrada gratuita, así que entre para ver que jugaban. Era cricket, estuve viéndolo durante una hora, y os puedo decir una cosa, he visto partidas de ajedrez más interesantes que ese juego. A lo mejor me aburrí porque no pude entender las reglas, pero no creo que fuese por eso por lo que en las gradas había 20 personas. Así fue como termino mi último día de viaje, saliendo del partido y yendo al aeropuerto.
My first day in ‘Adelaide’ began interesting. We woke up early, around 10 o’clock, and ‘Femke’, ‘Robin’ and me went to ‘Haigh’s Chocolates visitor center’. I had read in my book that you can see the factory where the chocolate are made and, at the finish of the tour, they would make a tasting. The factory was awesome, even with ‘Oompa-loompa’, was a shame that they didn’t allow the cameras to take a picture of them. Now, seriously, we saw all the process to make chocolate and the different mixtures to make chocolate, but nothing to point out. After the factory, they led us to a dining room and they brought around 50 different kinds of chocolate, for the all group, not only for us.
After the factory, the girls told me they wanted to go shopping, then, it suited me to visit the city. The city is not so big and the historical buildings are few, only the old building of the university and one church, I visited it in less than one day. I didn’t like the city, but the parks in the outside of it, because the park is rounded of parks, literally. After two days, I can say the best thing in the city was the company of the first morning.
At night, I had met with ‘Femke’ to dinner, only us, finally, because it was her last night there, we were to dinner to an Italian restaurant and we were 3 hours talking. I told her that my plans are stay here for a long time, but I like her so much and, if she wants to come to ‘Perth’ before go back to Holland, I’ll receive her like a princess. Finally, I made her a lift to her backpacker, because she had to travel at 6.30, and I called to my friends to go out. Any of them wanted to come out with me, and the only one who would want had his phone off, then I went back to my backpacker to sleep.
I spent my last day in the city walking around the parks. In one of them, I saw a stadium, it was opened, so I went into it to find out what they were playing. It was cricket, I was watching it for one hour, and I can ensure that I saw chess match more interesting than cricket. Probably, I bored because I misunderstood the rules, but I don’t think that was the reason why, only, 20 people were there. And my last day of trip finished leaving the match and going to the airport.
